For more than three decades, Patten Homes has been building beautiful, aspirational homes amidst some of the most idyllic surroundings the Essex countryside has to offer. A close-knit, family-run business with a longstanding heritage in and around the Maldon district of the county, Patten Homes greatly values the important community roots it has laid down over the years. As well as an established name in construction, the Patten family is also renowned for its expertise in the care sector, having owned, managed and developed a string of thriving care homes in the same area of Essex from the 1980s to the present day.
